Cavallaro Concessions is a family owned and operated concession business from 1985 to the present. I am experienced and uniquely qualified in the concession business throughout the food and beverage industry. I incorporated in 1998 Lemonz Inc. In 1994 I introduced the “E-Lemonader”, a roll-off lemonade unit, to the industry. I launched the “E-Lemonader” with the desire to market lemonade products from these units. My target market was primarily the outdoor amusement industry including carnivals, concessionaires, water parks, theme parks and alike. Most recently my product has gained attention from companies that are untraditional or not exclusive to the amusement industry. This especially includes corporate buyout recipients and industrious entrepreneurs. To date I have realized the sales of approximately 100 units throughout the United States and Canada. Further, approximately 15% of my customers have purchased addition units, testifying to the success of my customers as well as my product.

The “E-Lemonader” is the recipient of numerous awards from our industry and I am proud to be a member to the following trade organizations:

About Our Product — the “E-Lemonader”

The E-Lemonader, roll-off lemonade unit is designed and constructed to NSF standards. NSF is widely
recognized for its scientific and technical expertise in the health and environmental sciences. The NSF mark is recognized for its value in international trade around the world and is respected by regulatory agencies at the local, state and federal levels. For the past 15 years, my customers have confirmed their success in maximizing their lemonade sales and taking impulse buying and product recognition to higher levels.

Guarantee

I offer a one year parts and labor warranty and stand behind all workmanship to our customer’s satisfaction.

Financing

I will assist in securing financial assistance with contact numbers and manufacturing support upon request.

Licensing

I will assist in assuring compliance to satisfy specific requirements in securing any state and county licenses required.

We at Cavallaro Concessions promise to offer industry support for, but not exclu sively to the following areas:

1. Product information including cup suppliers, size of cups suggested lemon size and suppliers.

2. Equipment information including, hoses, electrical cords, juicers or juice extractors, ice units and cube size.

3. Proven successful marketing concepts and ideas.

4. Event and location prognosis.

5. Insurance requirements and referrals.

6. Present customer referrals and contact information.

7. Assist with quality work force training.

Territories

We at Cavallaro Concessions reserve the right to assign and protect specific territories to operate my product and also reserve the right to willingly discuss the possibilities of assigning exclusive territories upon mutual agreement.
